FAQ

Straight answers before you apply.

What types of disputes are supported?

The initial pilot is designed for fraud or unrecognized transaction disputes and item-not-received disputes. Other reasons require manual review and may be declined.

Does this guarantee I will win?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, available records, issuer review, deadlines and other factors. The service makes no outcome guarantee or win-rate claim.

Do you submit the dispute for me?

No. You review the facts, decide whether to proceed and submit the verified packet yourself through your normal dispute channel.

What evidence will I need?

Useful records may include the order confirmation, authorization context, AVS/CVV result statuses, fulfillment records, tracking, delivery confirmation, customer messages, policies and relevant previous order history.

Is this an automated AI service?

No. The pilot is a human-reviewed concierge service. The work applies a reason-specific checklist to the records you provide, reconstructs the chronology and organizes the exhibits. Software may assist document production, but conclusions are not generated automatically.

Do I need to share my Shopify password?

No. Never share your Shopify password or login credentials. The operator will not log into your store or submit the dispute on your behalf.

What happens after I apply?

We review the reason, amount, response deadline and records you say are available. If the case is accepted, you receive separate private instructions for transferring evidence. Do not send documents through this public form.

Why is the first pilot free?

The first three accepted cases are free so the workflow can be evaluated through honest operational feedback. A testimonial is optional and positive feedback is never required.

What happens to the information I submit?

The public site collects qualification information only. It is used to evaluate and respond to your request, is not sold and is not stored in a site database. Accepted cases receive separate private evidence-transfer instructions.
