This public site collects only the information entered in the qualification form. It does not accept evidence files.
How information is used
Contact and case-context details are used only to respond to the message you send. The information is sent to an internal SignalCards recipient through Brevo, is not sold, and is not stored in a site database.
Aggregated site measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated measurement of page visits and selected interactions. Qualification-form answers are not included in analytics events. Form information is handled separately to respond to case-feedback messages sent through the contact form.
What not to submit
Do not submit card numbers, CVV values, passwords, banking credentials, Shopify login details, evidence documents, or unnecessary personal information through this site.
No evidence is collected here
SignalCards Evidence is installed from the Shopify App Store and runs inside Shopify Admin. The public site does not receive case evidence. SignalCards Evidence processes case information in the app; no evidence files are transferred through this public site, and no upload link is provided here.
Retention and requests
Contact messages are handled under the operator's limited retention process. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact contact@getsignalcards.com.
