Merchant-controlled organizational assistance.
Scope
The service organizes merchant-provided dispute information into review and submission documents. It is organizational assistance only, not legal advice or legal representation.
No guaranteed outcome
No dispute outcome, win rate, reimbursement, or response time is promised. Unsupported cases may be declined.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant verifies every fact and document, makes the final decision whether to proceed, and submits the dispute manually. The operator does not log into the merchant's Shopify account or submit on the merchant's behalf.
No affiliation
The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, issuers, banks, card networks, or dispute reviewers.
Limited pilot
Free pilot availability is limited to accepted cases. A testimonial is optional, requires separate permission, and is never a condition of service.
